I have a Imac OS 10.13.6 and don't see any software upgrades available?

I downloaded a program that requires an OS of 10.14 or later. My OS is 10.13.6 and the app store doesn't show an upgrade available??

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your iMac is a 2012 or newer model, download Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. If not, you can't run that download on it.
