Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It sounds like you would like a sound notification from your MacBook Pro when the battery is full.

While this isn't possible, feel free to leave Product Feedback.

If you are concerned about overcharging the battery and that's why you would like an alarm, that shouldn't be an issue. The battery will stop charging when full.

You can put the % in the menu bar— this is the easiest option.

Your Mac will never over-charge:

The rule of thumb is if you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on the battery.
