iPhone XR - how to forward a text message to email

Forward a text message on your iPhone through its forwarding feature

• There are two different ways to send the same message to multiple people without creating a group chat in the Messages app.
• To forward a message on your iPhone, first launch Messages from your home screen.
• Writing the forwarded message which you want to send to the person and tap the send button on your iPhone.
• When you sent the message from your iPhone, press and hold the message bubble that it's in.
• A pop-up message will appear and give you the option to "Copy" or "More..." - tap "More..."
• At the bottom right-hand side of the screen, you will see an icon or forwarding button of an arrow pointing to the right and tap it.
• The message which you forward will appear in the text section of a new message thread.
• Lastly, you can type in the name of the contact, phone number, or email address where you want to forward the same message.

There is no easy clear cut way to do this. This can be done by copy pasting the texts into your outgoing email message. I know that this is not the answer you were looking for however I do not have any better options to recommend.
