Connected iphones

My old iPhone and my mums iPhone are connected through her Apple ID, and now that I just got a new phone and put in my sim I have all of her data apps and contacts instead of my ones.

This has nothing to with the SIM.

Since you have used the same Apple ID, some features are shared.
