Retrieve deleted email file

I created a new email folder. Moved emails to it. Then accidentally deleted it. Can’t find it in trash or anywhere. Restored my phone from a previous back up to try to get it still can’t find it

Maybe your email provider can assist you.

For future reference, email is not part of an iCloud or iTunes backup since it lives on the email service provider’s servers.
