Cannot authorize or deauthorize devices

Trying to authorize my laptop in iTunes. It says I can only authorize 5 devices, but when I pull up my account, all I see are the laptop I'm trying to authorize and my iPhone. I do not see 5 computers. How do I fix this?

Windows, Windows 10

See:

If you run out of authorizations, deauthorize all

If one of your 5 authorizations is on a computer that you don't use anymore, deauthorize it. If you sold or gave away a computer that's used one of your 5 authorizations, you need to choose Deauthorize All on the Account Information page. Then authorize each computer that you still use.

Good luck!

Deauthorizing Devices:

When it site last time you used "Deauthorize All"? Note that if you no longer have the device in front of you, then you may need to wait until upto 365 days until you can "deauthorize all". You need to have the device (computers) infront of you to do so.

Modify your Credentials:

If 4 other devices have been registered, then you might want to consider modifying your credentials, immediately. Perhaps someone has them, and has authorized their computers, recently (thought a full assumption, on my part)?. Creating a new eMail would be the utmost way to go here. You'd assign it only for Apple (and others, if desired). So, Consider...
