Export Frame to Pictures

Apple, did you remove the "Export Frame to Pictures" feature from Photos? I used this extensively to extract treasured photos/memories from videos. I've been hunting for it everywhere and cannot see it anymore. Please advise why it is gone and/or what is a good workaround? Thank you.

Hi

No it won't, and yes, apple have removed the feature. As Yer_Man says, we don't know why.

If you want to extract a frame now, you will have to do it in iMovie - until (and if) Apple decides to re-instate it.

If you want to ask Apple to do this - the best place is at this link. The more who do the more likely they are to respond.
