iPhone XR won't turn off
My power button isn’t working and I can’t get onto any of apps. They aren’t opening up. I can’t force restart either because my power button isn’t working .i don’t know what to do

What you mean by power button doesn’t work? I mean to power off or to force restart your iPhone it isn’t as simple as to press and hold the power button.
Many issues simply requires to just power off and on your iPhone. Have you tried that? You can Shut Down iPhone through Settings > General; option to do it with will be at the bottom of the list.
