Macbook BigSur won't recognize installed fonts

I have a 2019 MacBook running BigSur 11.2.3 OS. I have several fonts that work fine on both of my other desk top computers but won't be recognized on my MacBook. I've tried installing through FontBook and it seems to load the fonts but then doesn't show up in Font Book or any applications. I've tried manually loading the fonts in Library/Fonts and they still don't show in Font Book or applications. I have also tried restoring the font cache via terminal and no luck. Please Help. The fonts I need installed are company brand standard fonts that are not optional.
