Mac Big Sur - After the screenshot is taken, I cannot paste it in google docs directly.

To include a file in most systems (including Apple support communities) you must capture the screenshot in a File, then include the File (which will be downloaded at the moment you say that it should be included).

Getting it from the clipboard is too complicated, so generally not supported.
