External Hard Drive Compatibility - Air 2013

Hello ,

I have a MacBook Air 2013 (Mid) , what external Hard-rive is recommended for USB 3.0 for Time Machine . I believe apple recommends LaCie and WD I am have checked all their hard fives for air 2013 under compatibility .. none of their hard-drives are able to function with my model that are listed for sale . If any one knows and 2.0 , 3.0 USB external drives to recommend for apple 2013 please let me know .

Most USB hard drives should work with your Mac. There is nothing unique to keep them from not working with the correct connector. You will need a dock or enclosure or SATA adapter to use any drive.
