My MacBook Pro 13” 2019 model with thunderbolt 3 ports is not charging.

My MacBook Pro 13” 2019 model with four thunderbolt 3 ports with magic keyboard is not charging. Laptop battery went down to zero, every time I connect to the power adapter it doesn’t charge. I checked my power adapter with another MBP, it seems to be working fine.

Before the laptop battery drained off, I checked battery health, it showed NORMAL.

tried charging with a different charger too, still not taking the charge. Please help

Thanks this I have tried 18 hours back but at that point of time the issue was still there. I have left my laptop idle, i.e. unplugged from charger and left it overnight. In morning now, I plugged in my charger and pressed the power button and it’s working fine now and charging. I m not exactly sure how this resolved the issue but it seems to work by leaving it idle for sometime after SMC reset
