iMac Dual Monitor issues

How do I dual monitor my 2020 iMac (Big Sur 11.3.1), with either my iMac Mid 2011 (High Sierra 10.13.6) Or my MacBook Pro Mid 2014 (Big Sur 11.3) - I have a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 adapter and a Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 2 connector?
