Hello,
I have a question in regards to iPhone cameras being hacked. I got a blackmail email saying that I have been recorded and if I dont pay up they are going to send it out to everyone in my phone, and I know that this a scam (through all the research I’ve done) I just am curious how realistic it could be. I read that Apple is more difficult to hack into and Androids are easier to hack. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your response! This meaning that someone (possibly over seas) cant hack into my phone or access my camera for a non jail broken phone?

there is no known hack/malware/spyware/virus for a non jailbroken iphone.
Correct, that is a phishing attempt where they are hoping that you have done something where you will pay them out of guilt.
