How do I remove the HOVER option - when hovering over anything page, tab, drop down, I get a large box with text in it to describe what I am clicking - cannot find anything in Keyboard or Mouse or accessibility???

System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom
Disable it. Uncheck the box beside "Enable Hover Text".
