How to delete app from App Library?

Using iOS 14.5.1 on iPhone 12 Pro.

Cannot delete app from App Library! No option to do so-only “add to Home Screen” or “Share”! Help!

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases - Change Deleting Apps to Allow.
