I’m having difficulty setting up Apple Watch to use Blood Oxygen app on the watch without using iPhone with it.

t looks like that app will take information synchronized to Apple Health and display it, hence the need for a device to connect to it.

iphone is 14.7. Apple Watch is 7.6
bought watch in California, live in CA
On iPhone, when I look at Health app, then Respiratory, then Blood Oxygen—-there is no choice to do a set up. So I am not able to use the instructions below. Thank you for your help.
Couple of questions first;
Is your watch a watch6?
Are you fully updated to ios14.7 and WatchOS7.6?
Did you buy the phone and watch in the country that you live in?
Any one of these can/will stop the blood oxygen app from working.

That is a 3rd party app and not the official apple blood oxygen app.
Great to know. Then my problem is with the Health app. Is there a way to reset that app and start fresh? The Respiratory section does not take me to setup. I appreciate your help.
