Safari tabs not synced

Hello, recently I bought new iPhone 12 mini and in Safari browser there are tabs from my iPad that I had closed in December, but new ones are nowhere to be seen. On iPad tabs from iPhone are shown correct way, on my old iPhone SE I can see tabs from other devices right easy as well. I’ve tried turning off syncing safari and deleted history and cookies, but no success. How can I fix this?

Hi Mike1123-58,

We understand your Safari tabs are not syncing properly. To be sure we're on the same page, did you restore your new iPhone 12 mini from an older backup? When you say that you turned off syncing Safari, was this done in the iCloud settings on your iPhone 12 mini?

Make sure your settings are set up correctly for this to work: Set up and use iCloud Tabs

Verify that you're signed in to the same account on all devices: Sign in with your Apple ID

You may need to update your software if it's outdated. Be sure to create a backup before updating your iPhone. These articles will help:

Hi Mike,

I have the exact same problem too with my new iPad Pro, iPhone XS and iPad both running latest iOS 14.7.1, tried logging out of iCloud and restarted both devices, no luck, a list of historical tabs from several months ago keeps re-appearing on the iPad and new tabs not syncing. iPhone tabs working ok on the other hand. Please let me know if you managed to fix your problem or if it went away.

Regards
