Brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max speakerphone not working!

i just synced and input passwords again and started getting things streamlined and I have come to realize in the past couple weeks that the issue with people has not been my signal, it’s THIS PHONE.


Should I just send it off for another one and go through the arduous process yet again of setting everything up again with passwords and everything?? It gets turned off often enough. Still having issues tho. I have to hold the phone in order to talk to people and that’s a real inconvenience with my job. Not what I expected from a phone that cost this much.

Everything can break or have issues, no matter what’s the price tag on it.
