Face ID - not in settings

Just picked up a New iPhone 11 - I didn't set up the Face Id at the time of purchase - When the phone asked to. Now Face ID and passwords is not showing up in the settings. Do I need to reset?

Hello again. Thanks for the quick reply. If you haven't already, please verify your Screen Time restrictions by navigating to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Passcode Changes. After entering this settings section, please verify that the "Passcode Changes" option is set to "Allow." If it is set to "Don't Allow," please change it to "Allow" and try to setup Face ID. Thanks!
