Apple goes down.

I ordered two iPhones 11 on the official website. Five days later, the delivery man text me an SMS that he will be at the address from 10am to 12pm. But this is not my address. I text to the support service, they tell me that everything is okay with my order, there is no reason to worry. The next day, night, they just cancel my order for no reason. Seriously? The support service does not know the answer to my question, why the order was canceled. Apple goes down. Horrible customer service. I just wanted to make a present to my parents, but now I will persuade them to change their devices from another company. Horrible really horrible.

Hello ~ We understand your frustration but this situation can be resolved and the gift of the iPhones can still be realized. Be calm and contact Apple Support again :)

Your actual complaint should be taken up with the delivery service. Most delivery services should make at least 2 attempts to delivery a package before returning it to the sender (in this case Apple) which cancelled the order. This has nothing to do with Apple. Once it has left their facility and is in transit to you, thats all on the delivery company.
