If the tickets are Wallet-compatible there will be an “add to wallet” button on the ticket. If there is no button it can’t be added.

That usually means that the ticket is not compatible with your region or your Apple ID, or the ticket has expired. But try restarting your phone→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
