Hi team, i have 2 apple ids on 2 different mobile numbers. Can i delete my old apple id which i am not using and use the previous apple id mobile number to my new apple id ?

You can have the same Apple ID on multiple devices if that is what you are asking.
Sign out of the old account if necessary; sign in with the new one.
Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac --> https://support.apple.com/HT208242
If another Apple ID is signed in you may need to enter the password for that ID to sign out of that ID first.
