montery touch bar

Since updating to Monterey my Touch Bar on my m1 MacBook Pro is acting up and most of the time off, is there any way I could fix this as I need the Controls I've set up in it constantly.

On the M1


SMC reset equivalent is — Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal
