Movie wont play on smart TV app or Amazon Firestick

Hi

I have reasonable amount of movies and TV series purchased via itunes, and I finally gave in and purchased the 'Paw Patrol Movie' so we can watch it on a TV as a family on our main TV (Im not a fan of handing a 3yo my ipad for a few hours yo watch movies).

However, after purchasing the movie, it plays on my iphone and ipad but will not play on the TV. I get the a message that the content is not supported on this and I must use an apple device. Thinking it might be the TV i tried using my Amazon 4k firestick and I get the same issue.

Every other film or TV series purchased before and after this one work with no issues on all devices and TVs.

I have spoken to apple support who can give me a refund (within 30 days) and advised I buy it again, but warned it may happen again. There were no issues found with my account or warnings when i made the purchase.

Any help would be gratefully received.
