Can't sign into the App Store
So I got a new MacBook and made a new Apple ID, I am unable to sign into the App Store to update my apps, what should I do?

What happens when you try to sign in? Are you getting any specific error messages?

Do you have any other Apple devices you use your Apple ID with?
Open Safari and try logging in with your Apple ID here: Manage your Apple ID
If you're able to log in here, go to your billing and payment information. Make sure you have a valid payment or None as your selection: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
You may also need to accept Terms & Conditions for your Apple ID if you haven't done so already.

I tried signing into the iTunes Store it also didn't work, then I tried signing into Apple TV, then I got the pop up to review account.
now everything works.

so what happens is, it keeps asking for my Apple ID and to review my account, and when I enter the details it keeps asking for the Apple ID and doesn't take me to review the account.
