can I install an earlier version of Final Cut Pro on my 2012 Macbook Pro 15" Retina as part of my 90 day trial?

I have installed the 90 day trial version on my macbook air running Big Sur, but my macbook pro retina cannot run Big Sur, only Catalina.

I would like to run an earlier version of Final Cut Pro on the macbook pro retina (2012) as part of the 90 day trial.

Can I do this?

MacBook Pro, OS X 10.11
