Shorcuts app on iOS 15 +

Hello, I am having issues running my automatizations on all versions of iOS 15. For example - my automation turns on the lights and it should wait 600 seconds and then turn the lights off. After few minutes my iPhone display a notification: "Automation failed, unknown error" and the lights are still turned on. Also when I tried to create a shorcut and add an vibration to some part of it it just crashed whole shorcuts app. And last problem - when I'm adding a "wait" option in automation programing window, on iOS 14 I could just type how many seconds it should wait. Now I must tap the "+" or "-" button like crazy wihout an option of just type it in. I really don't know what to do. Apple seems not interested in repairing this.
