warnings that Apple ID and phone number are being used on new ipad

over the last several days i have been getting warnings that my Apple ID and phone number are being used on new ipad - the only option the dialogue box provides is an "OK" button - i have multiple Apple devices and in some cases multiple versions of some devices in use - what am i suppose to do with this warning - it always ID'd a town that is about 10 miles away from me and says it is "near" that town - is 10 miles "near me? - what am i suppose to do with this warning?

I have on occasion seen messages like that after updating, or turning on a device I hadn't turned on in quite a while. I would say unless you are seeing other suspicious behavior that you don't need to be concerned.
