How can i update my computer that isn’t allowing me to login to the App Store?

I’m using a 2015 Macbook that is on Yosemite and won’t allow me to update saying password to App store is incorrect which I know 100% is correct. Same issue trying friends login.

I’m assuming this is due to the 2-factor authentication requirement. However, apple has disabled turning off 2-factor authentication.

How can I update this computer that the hard drive needed to be restored and is on Yosemite?

Thanks

(Note, the computer is able to login to my apple account but the app store specifically won't accept the password)
