Static when waking up Mac Mini M1

I have seen this reported on the forum, however no concise fix for this has anyone found out how to wake the Mac up and have it not give you static on the HDMI output Mac mini M1 running Monterey ?

Disable Sleep, it’s unnecessary on later Macs, all pain, no gain. Shut for long absences i.e. > 2 hours. To disable, check “Prevent…” in Energy Preferences and uncheck everything else. You can leave the display off time as is, unrelated to Sleep.
