Hi I just brought storage and it’s still saying my storage is full

When you get a popup message on your iPhone or iPad that the storage is full.

Look closely storage of iPhone and iCloud.

iCloud storage is primarily for keeping a copy of your iPhone data safely on the cloud. If you delete data on iPhone, data on iCloud is gone too.

Turn iCloud features on or off

1. On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
2. Turn iCloud features on or off.

1. Total storage remains the same throughout the life span of the iPhone
2. Storage can not be enhanced
3. You may take back up on Mac or PC using iTunes without iCloud

You need to pay attention to the replies above your last post. You can buy iCloud storage which is what you most probably did. It is not possible to buy more iPhone storage. I suspect your iPhone storage is full in which case buying more iCloud storage will not help at all.

Like you were already told, you need to delete things from your iPhone to free storage.

iCloud storage is independent of iPhone storage. If you need more space on your phone, you will need to delete something.
