MacBook Air keyboard issues_MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2018)

My keyboard stopped working while the trackpad is working fine. None of the keys is working except the power bottom. When I used the on-screen keyboard and pressed the capital key, the same key in the inbuilt keyboard gets illuminated. Please help.

Hi,

You'd better contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail AppleStore is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there.
