Password issues

I can't seem to log into my iPad. It keeps saying it's having issues connecting to the server when I try to reset my password

Hi yuritsi176, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

A common reason for not being able to connect to the server is the WiFi network.

Can you please look at the following link to see if it helps resolve your issue:

If you continue to experience problems please contact Apple Support.

You can do this as follows:

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.
