Charging Problem

My macbook air 13 that i just bought 3 days ago isnt charging, but it fluctuates sometimes and i want to know if it is because of optimized battery charging or not?

If you have reason to believe your power adapter isn't working after reviewing how Battery Health Management works, then refer to If your USB-C power adapter isn't charging your Mac notebook - Apple Support.

Also, review this excerpt from If battery charging is paused or on hold on your Mac - Apple Support:

"If you need to have your Mac fully charged sooner, click Charge to Full Now in the battery status menu."
