I ordered for the 16in MacBook m1 max with 64gb ram on 8th November 2021 and it is still not here after 12 weeks (delivery in India). They told me it would be here in December, then mid January then end of January... and then they recently said that there’s going to be even more of a delay. Do you guys think it’s going to take even longer, perhaps a total delivery time of 4 months or more? Is anyone else facing this issue?

Ordered a 16" M1 Max 10/24/32 with 2TB SSD on october 30.
No idea when it will arrive.
It seems there has been a delay and it looks like Apple is first delivering orders from their own store.
If you buy through a reseller, like me, you have no idea when it will be delivered.
Yes it was ordered through a reseller and they’ve emailed the store saying “we don’t know when it will be here” or something and that’s ridiculous! Apple said they can’t check the order status since it wasn’t ordered online from their website soo idk what to do now.. May I ask what you’ve been told by the store you’ve ordered from? It’s so upsetting to hear after more than 3 months of waiting that they don’t know when your very expensive product will be here and my work is getting delayed because of this. It’s unfair that they can’t even give a delivery estimate after so long.
As if they are listening ... I just received the message that my laptop has left the factory so should be here within a few days :-) Finally!
To answer your question: Initially the reseller told me mid to half december as delivery window.
I hope yours is coming soon as well
