I lost my iPad couple days ago with my contacts and photos. Could you please help me to recover my Pictures

Either from an existing iCloud or Mac or Windows backup as mentioned above, or if iCloud Photos was enabled prior to the loss. If you’re not sure about either, log into the iCloud.com website and check for iCloud backups, and also check for photos in iCloud.
If there were no backups and no use of iCloud or such, then the data is gone.

The only way you will recover pictures and data without finding the lost iPad is if you have had the foresight to create a back-up of the device to your computer or another device.
