I ve got error ndr005-006 in apple diagnostic, but my trackpad works fine. Is it ok?

As you know that error code indicates an issue with your notebook's trackpad. It is either faulty or failing. As such, it is totally up to you on what your next steps should be. However, I would suggest that you consider it to be making a Genius Bar reservation at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.

If you have external trackpad/mouse/keyboard plugged in or wireless, Disconnect these before you run the Diagnostic— or it will throw the error.


It is a bug. I would ignore it.
