I continually get unchecked songs syncing to Iphone, sometimes I get random tracks from itunes purchased albums syncing, I have manually deleted every song from Iphone, I have unchecked every album manually, I have tried checking box that states only sync checked songs and videos. I have reset phone to factory settings, and set up as a new phone, it is still happening - HELP!

If you are syncing music with iTunes, music that you have purchased from iTunes will always remain on the device because it is purchased music. If you do not wish to view purchased music, when in the Library in Music on the phone, select Downloaded and the phone should just display the music you have synced.

Tried selecting downloaded option only on iphone, it still is syncing random albums purchased from itunes, sometimes not even the full album, there is plenty of free memory on iphone, any ideas please?
