I had 60k photos on my iPhone 12, and after making a back up I wanted to delete all of them.
There are still 38k photos on it, after deleting what I could delete.
These photos don't even have the little garbage can icon, and I can't see them when the iPhone is connected with my iMac.
How can I delete the 38k photos?

If you add photos to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch by connecting your device to your computer, you can't delete them directly from your device in the Photos app. If you see the gray Trash button 
when you try to delete a photo from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you might need to stop syncing photos from your computer. Learn how to stop syncing photos from your computer.

It has already been deleted but it will need time to disappear because their number is too many.

I started the process yesterday, but the amount has not gone down since.
I can select them and send a photo using whatsapp or email.
