It has been over 1 month and I still have no information about my MacBook pro repair! NO ONE has ever contacted me about this repair. I called Apple many times and no updates. I thought Apple had always kept it's customers updated. REALLY VERY VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED. I know that Corona virus is causing some delays, but apple should find me a computer someplace and find someone to keep me updated. I have been an Apple customer since 2005. This is NOT the Apple I had known and loved. Did they lose my computer. Wish someone would give me some information.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
