Purchase Date not Validated

I purchased Macbook Air M1 on 10th February 2022 here in Pakistan from Apple Authorized reseller iStore (http://istore.com.pk/). They show up as Authorized reseller on Apple's website: Apple - Find Locations

My purchase date is not validated, hence my coverage isn't shown. I contacted iStore and they said it's a backend issue and you should not be worried. In case of warranty claim just show us the purchase receipt. I wasn't satisfied with this response so I called Apple.

On phone they asked me to submit proof of purchase and I sent them my receipt. The person on the phone said, the receipt does not have a serial number on it, so, please ask iStore to generate a receipt with serial number.

I got it from iStore and sent to Apple again. Apple did not accept it saying something that it's not in correct format. Ask them to update Purchase date on their side. iStore is saying you do need to worry about it, our receipt is your warranty but I do not believe that.

I don't know what to do next. Neither Apple nor the reseller is solving my problem.
