You can restore deleted emails from icloud.com and then access them without a problem.

  1. Go to www.iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Click iCloud Drive to view your files and folders.
  3. In the bottom-right corner, click Recently Deleted.
  4. Select any of your recently deleted files and click Recover to restore them.
  5. Alternatively, click [Your Name] > Advanced Settings in the top-right.
  6. Beneath Advanced at the bottom of the screen, click Restore Files.
  7. Any files you recently deleted from older software and apps appear in this list, select a file and click Restore to recover it.
