This happens with no application except Chrome is running on my M1 Macbook Pro (no external monitor). By comparison, GPU usage is < 10% on my Intel Macbook Pro.
Is this normal? Process list shows nothing is consuming much GPU either.
Looks like it may be a bug in iStats Menu. macOS's Activity Monitor is showing lower numbers. fyi.
