Ok so when I tried to download an app from the App Store, it asked for my Apple ID passcode attached to my email. I put the passcode in, but it said it was an invalid code
I then click forgot password and it asks for the code I use to unlock my device. It also says that it invalid.
Once again I click forgot passcode. It shows a phone number that I no longer use.
im stuck. Please help me out here.

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
