iphone 7 Plus stuck on logo screen

My iphone 7 Plus is stuck on the logo screen and will not reboot. I tried to restore it to factory settings via itunes but that's not working. Any ideas?

There is no guarantee you can save any data since your last backup if you need to use the Restore option.
