How to turn off the Caps Lock delay without affecting any key repetition function?

I rely on Caps Lock to switch between typing Chinese (Traditional) and English very frequently. The Caps Lock delay really hinder my typing speed. I know Apple add the delay to prevent people from accidentally press Caps Lock. But Caps Lock key is at a very far location, which I don't really see why anyone will accidentally press it too often. However, the special delay of Caps Lock by Apple make typing multi-languages on Mac really difficult.

Can Apply please consider to provide an option to turn off the Caps Lock delay (but also don't affect the key repetition)?
