How to delete brawl stars game data?

Hello,

I trying to delete the brawl stars game data off my phone completely however nothing has worked. I have tried going to ICloud but there is nothing there, I have tried signing out of Game Center then reinstalling the app but it doesn’t work. I have even tried factory testing my phone and restoring a backup but that doesn’t work either. Going to purchases in App Store and deleting that doesn’t work either. Could someone please help me?
