Multiple iCloud Custom Email Domains in the same inbox

Hello,

I have iCloud+ with two custom email domains and each has one email account attached. In both IOS and MacOS messages received from both email addresses show up in the same inbox. I want them to show up like separate inboxes or separate accounts in the Mail app.

Thanks !

That's not what I was talking about, I was talking about custom domains. Each domain has it's own custom email the problem is both show up as one icloud account in the mail app. Previous when I used another provider they showed up as two separate accounts for each domain inside the mail app, now that I moved to icloud+ they show up as a single account inside my inbox. Messages from both domains get mixed up together and it's hard to tell where they came from.

Hi, rob_pop.

You wouldn't be able to have separate inboxes, as that would be a feature of actual separate email accounts. custom email domains give you a personalized email address, but do not function as a separate email account (so they would not include a separate inbox). You can read more about this here: Personalize iCloud Mail with a custom email domain and share with family - Apple Support

We hope that clears things up.
