Software is current. I restarted the unit. Still was not able to find Friday Night Baseball on April 29 using my Apple TV A1427 3rd Gen Apple TV Device. An Amazon Fire TV device worked fine, very easy to find the game, but not on the Apple TV device. How can I use my Apple TV device to watch the games?

After an hour on the phone with Apple Support, the third person I spoke with concluded that a 3rd generation A1427 AppleTV with v7.9 software is too old to support the Friday Night Baseball programming, despite what other online articles say to the contrary.
